Accounts can be sent direct to BUPA if a properly completed claim form is provided at the start of treatment. This service does not affect the patient’s responsibility for the account, and if for any reason BUPA/PPP do not reimburse the Clinic, the patient will be expected to settle the claim in full. We are not able to send accounts directly to any other insurance company .
