Payment is made on each attendance at Colney Physio Clinic.  All patients are personally responsible for their account with Colney Physio, in line with our fees and terms.

Charge for missed appointment or cancellation within 24 hours – 50% of charge for time booked.

Insurance Companies

Accounts can be sent direct to BUPA or AXA PPP if a properly completed claim form is provided at the start of treatment.  This service does not affect the patients responsibility for the account.  If for any reason an insurance company does not reimburse the clinic, the patient will be expected to settle the claim in full.  We are not able to send accounts directly to any other insurance company.

Equipment for sale, to hire or on trial

We supply for sale, hire or on trial, equipment that you may need for your treatment, such as balance boards, TENS & pillows.  A small hire charge is payable on some of these items.  Loan/hire items not returned will be invoiced to your account.  Your physiotherapist will inform you of the purchase price or hire charge.

Our physiotherapists professional liability insurance is provided by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.  Please ask your physio if you require further information.
